Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include all tags to ensure your return is accepted.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
